O’Donnellan & Joyce kicked off the 2012 auction season last week in a packed auction room in the Victoria Hotel, where nine properties went up for auction. The highlight of the afternoon was a petrol station with supermarket and off-licence in Ballyhaunis, Co Mayo, which was being offered for sale on the instructions of liquidators Edenville Trading Ltd and Conor O’Boyle of Commerce House, Flood Street, Galway.

The Victoria Hotel is expected to be a hive of activity for the first O’Donnellan & Joyce auction of 2012, which will take place next week on Friday February 24.

O’Donnellan & Joyce has recently brought to the market a beautifully located city centre townhouse at No 41 St Mary’s Road, Galway. The property, which has been fully renovated, is in first class decorative order and condition, and is located on the very popular St Mary’s Road immediately adjacent to Cooke’s Corner.

O’Donnellan & Joyce’s final spoilt for choice property auction will be held tomorrow (Friday) at 3pm in the Victoria Hotel, Eyre Square.
